RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT MAKE THROW-AWAY FASHION.

Our design and technical teams work together closely and tirelessly, and without compromise, to ensure that our products are constructed from high quality raw materials and using construction details which will ensure longevity. The design phase is followed by thorough auditing of the production process to ensure production compliance with our high standards and corrective action when occasionally problems arise. All this makes for a product which is well designed and durable and will last much longer than cheaper versions. It is better for the world and for you that they do.

Most of our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Timeless Pieces has a NO RETURN policy. However, in certain cases we will provide a store credit for the amount of the item for a future purchase or an exchange provided that the item is in good and sellable condition within 10 (ten) days of purchase. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Color discrepancy does not warrant a valid return. Below are the details on our exchange and store credit procedures. 

 

Exchanges

A one time exchange will only be granted if the returned item is in brand-new, unused and sellable condition or that the item was defected. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges for the return item and in case of an international sale, all import charges. For exotic leather items, customer is also responsible to obtain all necessary export/import documentation. An exchange will only be processed once TIMELESS PIECES has received the item. An appropriate adjustment in payment will be made once the item is deemed returnable and the exchange process is completed. All exchanges must be pre-authorized via email or phone and must be made within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges are not accepted without prior authorization.


Store Credit

A store credit will only be granted if the return item is in brand-new, unused and sellable condition. All returns must be pre-authorized via email or phone and must be made within 10 days of purchase. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges for the return item and in case of an international sale, all import charges. For exotic leather items, customer is also responsible to obtain all necessary export documentation.  Once the item is deemed returnable, a store credit (minus the 10% re-stocking fee) will be issued for the amount of the return item. If you wish to apply the store credit for an online purchase, then a promo code will be provided and can be used during checkout. Please provide a name and an email address to receive the store credit promo code. Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date return product is received.

Absolutely no returns, refunds or store credits on custom orders, special orders or final sale merchandise. All merchandise is sold AS-IS.
