Shipping

Shipping

Our carrier of choice is USPS (United States Postal Service). In some instances, shipping occurs via FedEx (Federal Express). We offer Priority Mail Shipping (3-5 days approx. within the US). Please check with www.usps.com for exact delivery/transit times.

 

Domestic

Priority Mail  $1-1,000  flat fee $10

Priority Mail  $1,001 - $5,000  flat fee $40

Priority Mail $5001 - $10,000  flat fee $100

Please use a valid street address. We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. A phone number is required for all Express shipments.

 

International (outside the US includes Canada and Mexico)

Priority Mail $1-1,000  flat fee $50

Priority Mail $1,001 - $5,000  flat fee $100

Priority Mail $5,001 - $10,000  flat fee $200

Some international shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. For specific shipping/transit times please visit www.usps.com. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a few days to several weeks.


If you need to return or exchange an item, you, "The Customer", will be responsible for all shipping charges that apply to the re-shipment of the item. In case of an international shipment you will also be responsible for all fees associated with customs (see our return policy) as well as for the proper import documentation. Failure to comply will result in your refund being denied.

 

Insurance

All packages are sent fully insured and require a signature. If the products do not arrive at your address for whatever reason, we will start an investigation at the postal service .We are at the mercy of the shipping company policies when it comes to claims. The insurance covers the initial shipment from us to you against damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged shipping containers if you intend to file a claim.

 

Signature Waivers

Customers choosing to waive required signatures for Federal Express and USPS deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our facilities.

Special Instruction 

Please do not ask us to have the USPS leave packages "on the back porch," etc., as the USPS does not accept special requests. 


Refusal of Package

If you refuse a package shipped via USPS or FedEx you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.

 

Delays beyond our control

Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues or customs delays will not be reimbursed

 

Lost Packages

On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the USPS or FedEx may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.

Note:  Fraudulently reporting that an order was lost or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime that will be reported to the United States Postal Inspection Service or FedEx and to your nearest law enforcement agency. 

 

Customs Duties and other Fees

Please note that shipping charges do NOT include taxes or duty. The buyer (customer) is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. Law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them dutiable “merchandise”. Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American Law and the Laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by Law from marking your order as “gift”, even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

You can check the status of your order if you have created an account. Log in to your account and click on “View my Orders”.

 

Track orders

Your tracking number will be included in your shipped confirmation email. You can click on the link included in the email you receive or go directly to usps.com or fedex.com to track your order. Enter the number included in your shipped confirmation email and tracking information will display. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.
